Beach Info
Kauri Point Beach is only accessible by walking along a coastal path. It is a typical inner harbour beach with minimal surf and a muddy bottom once you get out about 10m from the water's edge. There are 2m of sand above the high tide mark. The water here is typically murky and warm due to the slow tidal flow. There are no facilities here.
