Murrays Bay

Murrays Bay is a popular spot for swimming, playing on the beach, and jumping off the wharf.

While this can be lots of fun, make sure you don't endanger yourself or others. Always check that the water is deep enough prior to jumping, enter the water one at a time, and make sure someone is watching you at all times.

Never enter the water after consuming alcohol.

Please keep children from playing in the stream, as it can have poor water quality.

At low tide, enjoy the coastal walkway between Murrays and Mairangi Bays, alternatively there is a path along the cliff.
