Toxic Algae (Okeania) reported around the Auckland region, including Blackpool Beach, Shelly Beach, Kawakawa Bay, Pine Harbour Bay, Sunkist Bay, Jack Lachlin Esplanade, Algies Bay, Snells Beach, and Big Bay Awhitu. Avoid contact with the algae as it may cause eye or skin irritation. Do not swim or gather shellfish in affected areas. More info
