Beach Info
This white crushed shell beach is shallow out to 50m from shore with views southward to Karaka. It is a typical inner harbour beach with a muddy bottom. The tidal flow is slow and the water is warm and often murky. St Annes is located in a large reserve with picnic tables and a playground. It is ideal for a friendly game or for children to play before a refreshing dip. Keep children within arm's reach when in the water.
