The beach can be accessed via steps and ramps leading down from the reserve. There are large old trees that provide much needed shade if you want to sit and enjoy the view. The nearest public toilets and an outdoor shower are on the corner of Hardley Avenue and Tindalls Bay Road.
There is a boat ramp at the end of Hardley Avenue.
