Beach Info
Located near the tip of the Manakau Heads, Wattle Bay is a black sand beach with views across to the Waitākere Ranges. Wattle Bay is often quiet so is a peaceful escape. Despite its distance from the CBD, the Sky Tower can be spotted on a clear day. As the beach is shallow, swimming is best at high tide.
